In-person Registrarial Services with QLESS
Drop-in support via QLESS is now available for students seeking answers to Registrarial and Student Financial Services.
How to use QLESS:
- Download the app on your smartphone from Google Play or the iTunes App Store.
- Open the app and select: "General/ Academic Enquiries" for Registrarial Services or "Financial Aid Questions" for our Student Financial Services team. You can also get in Que.
- Once you are in the Que, you will receive an SMS confirmation advising you to see one of our service desks. Completion of the YU Screening questionnaire is required.
Please make sure you wear your mask/face covering while on-premises.
