In-person Services with QLess

Drop-in support is now available for students seeking answers to inquiries about accounts, financial aid, enrolment and admissions. Students will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note: For all OSAP inquiries, please ensure that you have uploaded your OSAP documents directly to your OSAP account.

How to use QLESS:

  1. Download the app on your smartphone from Google Play or the iTunes App Store.
  2. Open the app and select: "General/ Academic Enquiries" for Registrarial Services or "Financial Aid Questions" for our Student Financial Services team. You can also get in Que.
  3. Once you are in the Que, you will receive an SMS confirmation advising you to see one of our service desks. Completion of the YU Screening questionnaire is required.

QLESS Hours of Operation:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Connect with a Live Agent via Zoom!

Qless/Zoom Live Connect - Hours of Operation:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Wednesdays: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Please follow the instructions below:   

  1. Use the RS QLess Kiosk or the QLess app (available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store) to join the Registrarial Services Virtual Drop-in queue. Note: QLess must be utilized to be able to connect with a Live Agent via Zoom.
  2. If you haven’t already, install Zoom video conferencing platform onto your computer or mobile device.
  3. Go to zoom.us/join (link provided below) to enter your Zoom ID and password, to enter the video call.
  4. Monitor your phone for a text message with the Zoom ID and password, when an agent is available. Please note, you will NOT be contacted through email.
  5. Go to zoom.us/join to enter your Zoom ID and password to enter the video call.

  • Due to higher than usual volume our wait-times range from 20mins – 1 hour (optimal times are between 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.).
